- Completed a 20-house subdivision by cooperating in the construction, advertising, and selling of Rancho Frontera subdivision Unit No. 1 (Calexico, CA.).
- Completed a 50-house (unit No. 1) and 25-house (Unit No. 2) subdivisions by cooperating in the construction, advertising, and selling of Hacienda Del Sol in Calexico, CA.
- Cooperated in the process of creating new residential subdivisions with successful completion including 700+ single family residences.
- Cooperated in the process of creating new residential subdivisions, consisting of 76 lots and 240- unit apartments (Calexico, CA.).
- Managing residential real estate properties in the Imperial Valley, San Diego, and Palm Desert area.
- Participated in the design, and final construction of 15,000 sq. ft. commercial retail plaza, Gardens Mall LLC finalizing with a successful sale (Calexico, CA.).
- Effectively sold 22 Acres of commercial subdivision –La Jolla Palm Subdivision.
- Sold 120 AC of industrial land and successfully completed a final map.
- Completed financing for the 120 AC to complete all the improvements necessary to build a commercial/industrial 48-lot subdivision.
- Over 1,200 sales of residential properties in the Imperial Valley along with 300 commercial and industrial property sales the past 27 years.
- The Flowers Realty, Inc. has recently expanded to San Diego County -office is centralized in San Diego CA. and successfully maintains a team focused on Residential, Commercial, Industrial Retail, Condo Conversion, Multi-Family Health Care, Mixed used. Construction Loans.
- Due to the nationwide economic crisis, I have profitably focused on short-sales & REO sales.
- In 2012, my real estate agency is working on a new 28 condominiums, Catavina Cove subdivision, in Calexico, Tierra Santa subdivision with 80 Lots in process to re activate tentative map, working on change of zoning for 12 AC Residential to a Commercial zone. Working with a new subdivision on Imperial County with 100 residential lots in process.
- Initiated a new corporation focused on Hard Money Lending Institution, named Pacific AMG, Inc. located in San Diego CA.
- At present time, I am focusing industrial real estate. Currently, I am working on the following transactions:
